4. Offline Product Operation & Local Responsibility

LyfMateStrix products are intentionally engineered to operate 100% offline without remote cloud synchronization. As an architectural consequence:

• Local Backup: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your host device. Because LyfMateStrix does not maintain remote cloud copies of your tasks or routines, if your host hardware is destroyed or reset, data cannot be recovered from LyfMateStrix servers.
• Hardware Volume Coupling: You acknowledge that routine alarms interface with system volume channels (`STREAM_RING`) as designed.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties

The website and public information are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. LyfMateStrix disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
