1. Introduction & Architectural Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the official LyfMateStrix website (lyfmatestrix.com), the LyfMateStrix Mobile Application, the Smart Companion Wearable hardware, and the Strix Voice Engine (collectively, the "Services").

LyfMateStrix was founded by Anisetti Chaitanya Eshwar Prasad and Matta Dheeraj on the foundational belief that personal scheduling and routine management should never be conditioned on corporate surveillance or remote cloud dependency.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To eliminate ambiguity, LyfMateStrix does not collect or process the following:

• No Tracking Cookies: We do not deploy advertising, marketing, analytics, or behavioral cookies on this website.
• No Behavioral Profiling: We do not track what pages you visit, how long you stay, or where you navigate.
• No Fingerprinting: We do not construct browser or device fingerprinting vectors.
• No Third-Party Analytics: We do not install Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, Mixpanel, or equivalent telemetry SDKs.
• No Voice Recordings Received: LyfMateStrix never receives, stores, or listens to your voice. On the watch, the offline Strix voice engine recognizes speech entirely on the watch and the audio never leaves it. On the phone, see section 4.
• No Routine Harvesting: Your tasks, routines, alarms, medication schedules, and hydration logs are stored only in the app's private storage on your phone (protected by your phone's built-in device encryption) and, for the coming week, in your watch's memory. The app's database itself is not separately encrypted.

3. Information You Voluntarily Provide

The only information received by LyfMateStrix is information you actively and voluntarily choose to transmit to us:

• Direct Communications: When you send an email or submit a message via our Contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message content solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
• No Marketing Retention: We do not enter your contact email into marketing mailing lists, newsletter blasts, or customer profiling databases without explicit separate consent.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

All application data generated while using LyfMateStrix products resides locally on your own phone and watch. The phone and watch talk to each other directly over short-range Bluetooth Low Energy; this link does not use the internet.

5. App Permissions and Why They Are Used

• Bluetooth (Nearby devices): To find and connect to your LyfMateStrix watch and sync your schedule, notes, and chosen photo to it. On Android 11 and older, Android also requires the Location permission for Bluetooth scanning; the app does not use or store your location.
• Microphone: Only while you tap to talk to Strix, to turn your spoken command into text.
• Camera and Photos: Only when you choose to take or pick a profile photo or a watch wallpaper.
• Notifications, Exact Alarms, Vibration, and Run at Startup: So reminders and alarms ring on time, including after your phone restarts.

The Bluetooth link between the app and the current watch does not use Bluetooth pairing or link encryption. Data sent over it is limited to your schedule, notes, hydration totals, the photo you choose, and watch firmware updates, and it only travels between devices within Bluetooth range.

6. Third-Party Services & Network Calls

The public website at lyfmatestrix.com is hosted on secure, privacy-preserving infrastructure. The website makes zero external calls to third-party ad networks, tracking platforms, or data brokers.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion

Because LyfMateStrix does not maintain remote user accounts or centralized database servers of your routines, you possess absolute, immediate control over your data:

• Export / Deletion: You can wipe all data at any time by deleting a task or uninstalling the application from your device. No residual copies remain on any LyfMateStrix server.
• Correspondence Inquiries: If you have previously contacted us via email and wish for past emails to be deleted from our operational inbox, simply email your request to contact@lyfmatestrix.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. All product functionality operates without account registration or remote data collection.
